SMM Specialist / Copywriter

Join our team as an SMM specialist and copywriter for a psychology and spirituality niche. We seek someone who can craft meaningful content and build engaging communication.

Niche: psychology, spirituality, transformational products. We need a person who can not just write posts but understand product meanings, feel the audience, and create lively content and sales funnels from it. Responsibilities: - Creating content plans and funnels for products - Writing posts: personal, expert, engaging, selling - Working with existing content: we have a large archive of posts, live streams, videos, and stories — it's important to find needed materials, repurpose them, and use them again - Working with the author's tone of voice — texts should sound lively and natural, not like generic marketing or AI text - Participating in preparing launches and sales content - Preparing, adapting, and publishing materials across project social networks — Telegram, Instagram, VK, and other platforms - Ensuring content is published on time and looks correct on each platform - Analyzing audience reactions and adjusting content along the way

We expect: - Excellent writing skills and a feel for the Russian language - Ability to build funnels not as a set of monotonous posts but as cohesive communication - Understanding the purpose of each material - Ability to work with feedback and independently refine texts - Comfort with psychology and spirituality topics - Ability to use AI as a tool but not delegate entire text writing to it A big plus: experience with expert projects, psychology, education, spiritual practices.
