SMM Specialist / Content Marketer

We build an entire ecosystem of suburban life: ponds, bath complexes, sports grounds and tennis courts, children's play spaces, own management company, concierge service and much more. All this is set in a pine forest and top nature. https://eli-estate.ru/ Responsibilities: — Fully manage Instagram and be responsible for account development, KPIs and reporting. — Create 5-6 Reels per week, about 20-25 videos per month: repeat proven patterns, find new topics and angles, invent hooks, write scripts, shoot and edit. — Repurpose material for Instagram and Telegram. — Work in Figma (carousels, post design). — Follow trends and formats of different social networks, propose new sections, mechanics and ideas. — Fully manage the Telegram channel "Developer and Team Diary": plan and prepare content, develop community and work with metrics. — Reply to subscribers in comments and maintain constructive discussion. — Collect statistics, prepare reports, analyze results and formulate hypotheses for platform development. — Participate in brainstorming and team meetings.

— Commercial experience with Reels, TikTok, Shorts or other short vertical video formats. — Ability to make full-cycle videos: find topic and angle, formulate hook, write script, select visuals, shoot and edit. — Advanced video editing skills and high speed. Specific program not important; currently using CapCut. — Creativity, visual awareness, ability to find ideas with viral potential. — Understanding of Instagram and other social networks' algorithms. — Ability to work with metrics and analytics: evaluate content performance, find reasons for growth and drops, formulate data-driven hypotheses. — Experience with LiveDune or similar statistics services. — Confident Figma skills. — Fluent Russian and ability to adapt large materials for short social formats. — Independence, responsibility, readiness to be accountable for the whole platform, not just production.
