Content Marketer

International consulting company in relocation and residence permits seeks a Content Marketer for office work in Moscow. Salary from 80,000 RUB.

We are an international consulting company in the field of relocation and residence permits. We work in two markets, Russian and English, and manage social media, YouTube, and Reels. Content is not from scratch: we already have a large base of materials and formats. The team is young, we work in an office in Moscow for quick interaction. We are looking for a content marketer. We consider all levels, including juniors — for us, intuition, taste for formats, and speed are more important than years of experience. Responsibilities: - Prompt publication of content on social networks in two languages (RU and EN). - Planning and maintaining a content plan for the Russian and English markets. - Writing scripts for Reels and YouTube. - Generating content using internal AI tools. - Participate in discussions on content strategy and funnels on equal terms with management, not just as an executor.

What we expect: - Understanding the differences between Western and Russian-language content: makes EN content at market level, not a copy of RU. - Understanding short formats: Reels, Shorts, TikTok. Knowledge of engagement mechanics, working with a hook in the first 3 seconds, trending sounds and formats. - Strong writing intuition: captions, headlines, slogans. Writes in a way that sells. - Understanding of SEO and AI visibility. We already have tools that help with topic selection, but it is important that the person understands the mechanics. - Ability to work with AI tools at an advanced user level (not fear, but use for speed). A plus: - Experience in mobile editing. We have an editor for large tasks, but if there is a need to quickly assemble Reels in the field, it is good when a person can do it themselves. - Personal experience in managing social media with a noticeable audience. - Experience with commissioned shoots (script, venue, production).
