RESPONSIBILITIES: — Development and implementation of content strategy and content plan for the month — Creation of engaging posts, selling stories, and storytelling — Development of creative mechanics for increasing reach and engagement — Interaction with bloggers and thematic platforms — Setting technical specifications for designers and videographers, monitoring results

— Literate oral and written speech — Sense of style, creativity, and broad outlook — Ability to analyze metrics (reach, ER, conversions) and improve content — Understanding of visual identity and ability to build a consistent profile style — Basic visual skills (selecting references, composing the feed, stories)
