SMM Specialist / Content Creator

SMM / Content Creator at Benefit, Moscow. Salary 70,000 RUB/month for first 3 months, then fixed + KPI. On-site, regular presence in center required. Responsibilities: manage social media, create Stories/Reels/posts, shoot content.

Responsibilities: — Manage Benefit social media: Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, VK, MAX; — Main focus — Instagram and WhatsApp Stories/statuses; — Regularly shoot content directly at the center; — Create Stories, Reels, posts, photos, and videos; — Participate in content plan development; — Shoot masters' work, procedures, expert and image content; — Involve masters and administrators in content creation; — Develop mechanics to attract Benefit guests and XFIT audience to social media; — Analyze results and suggest new ideas.

Requirements: — Confident shooting and editing on a smartphone; — Understanding of Reels and Stories; — Sense of visual aesthetics; — Ability to work with people on camera; — Independence and initiative; — Willingness to fully immerse in the project, not just publish content according to a plan. Test task: review Benefit social media and propose: 5 Stories ideas; 3 Reels ideas; 1 mechanic to attract Benefit and XFIT guests to our social media without discounts, gifts, or giveaways.

Conditions: — Regular presence at the center is required; fully remote format is not considered; — 70,000 RUB/month for the first 3 months; — Then fixed salary + KPI for achieving goals. Support: — 2 shooting days with a professional videographer per month; — 1 shooting day with a professional photographer per month.
