SMM Specialist / Content Creator

Snow Valley, a tour operator on Kamchatka, seeks a remote SMM specialist to manage social media, create content, and travel to Kamchatka twice a year. Salary from 90,000 RUB.

Manage Snow Valley's social media (Instagram, Telegram, VK). Develop content plans and ensure regular posts. Create content: Stories, Reels, posts, carousels, short videos. Edit videos from existing materials, work with photo archive, and create new content. Create visual designs in line with brand style (Figma skills required). Write engaging texts about our products. Propose new sections, formats, and ideas. Analyze statistics and adjust content accordingly. Participate in organizing shoots and preparing briefs. Interact with bloggers and partners as needed.

1-2 years of SMM experience with a portfolio. Strong video editing and visual content skills in Photoshop, Figma, CapCut. Ability to write without clichéd AI phrases. Understanding social media algorithms and content promotion. Ability to work with statistics and explain results. Self-sufficient, able to take tasks from idea to publication. Experience with AI tools is a plus. Advantage: experience in tourism or filming. Important: willing to travel to Kamchatka twice a year for 1.5-2 months.
