SMM Specialist / Account Manager

I AM Agency seeks SMM Specialist / Account Manager for remote full-time work. Salary 60,000–120,000 RUB/month.

Responsibilities: – Account Manager (strategy and messaging): develop positioning and content concepts; prepare commercial proposals and structure ideas; generate ideas for content and special projects; write texts (posts, Reels scripts, stories); create content plans and technical tasks. – SMM Universal: all above tasks plus full operational project management, basic layout and visual content packaging. Workload per project per month: about 15 content units (posts/carousels/Reels) and up to 60 stories.

– Proven experience in SMM and content creation (full-time students not considered); – Strong sense of branding, trends, and ability to work with Tone of Voice across niches; – Easy, literate, and structured writing style; – Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney); – Discipline, deadline adherence, and attention to detail; – Willingness to complete a test assignment.

– Fully remote work format (full-time); – Stable flow of projects and transparent payment: SMM Universal: 22,000–30,000 RUB per project; Account Manager: 15,000–20,000 RUB per project; total monthly income: on average from 60,000 to 120,000 RUB (depending on number of projects); – Internal training, experience exchange, and professional growth; – Strong creative team.
