SMM Specialist / Account Manager

I AM Agency seeks SMM Specialist / Account Manager. Remote, full-time. Salary from 60,000 to 120,000 RUB per month; project rates for SMM generalist 22,000–30,000 RUB and account manager 15,000–20,000 RUB.

Manage 5+ projects, about 15 content units per month (posts, carousels, Reels, up to 60 stories). Develop positioning and content concepts. Write commercial proposals and structure project ideas. Generate ideas for content and special projects. Write texts for posts, Reels, stories. Create content plans and technical assignments. For SMM generalist role: full project management, basic layout and content packaging.

Proven experience in SMM or content creation is required (full-time students are not considered). Ability to express thoughts clearly, structurally and engagingly. Strong awareness of trends, branding and Tone of Voice. Creativity and ability to generate ideas for various niches. Practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude). Responsibility, meeting deadlines, attention to detail. Portfolio with cases and work examples.

Income on average from 60,000 to 120,000 RUB per month depending on volume and number of projects. Project rate: SMM generalist — 22,000–30,000 RUB; account manager — 15,000–20,000 RUB.
