SMM Specialist

Visa and migration agency seeks an experienced SMM specialist for long-term remote collaboration. Salary after internship: 40,000–50,000 RUB plus bonuses.

We are a visa and migration agency working worldwide. We are looking for a self-sufficient, attentive, and proactive SMM specialist for long-term cooperation. We need a person who does not wait for constant instructions, can independently find tasks and ideas, control deadlines and results, and work comfortably in a multitasking mode. Tasks: • Manage Instagram and Telegram channel; • Create and publish Stories, Reels, and other content; • Compile and implement a content plan; • Come up with topics and scenarios for Reels and Stories; • Cross-post content to other platforms; • Propose ideas and new formats for promotion; • Analyze content results and suggest improvements.

• At least 3 years of SMM experience; • Self-sufficiency — ability to organize your own work and bring tasks to results; • Attention to detail; • Responsibility for deadlines and results; • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch quickly.

• Remote work; • Be available during the team's working hours; • Internship: 1 month, 30,000 RUB; • After internship: 40,000–50,000 RUB fixed part, final amount discussed based on internship results, plus bonuses; • Long-term cooperation.
