Responsibilities: – Manage Telegram and other project social networks, ensuring regular content output and platform development; – Build SMM strategy and content plan; – Come up with rubrics, topics, mechanics, and new formats; – Generate ideas for vertical content; – Analyze trends, competitors, and the market; – Work with social media analytics and adjust content based on it; – Track reach dynamics and understand which actions drive growth; – Set clear briefs for editor, designer, and video editor; – Control content production and release; – Interact with the YouTube team: participate in publishing, preparing announcements and warm-ups for podcast releases, without leading the direction.
