SMM Specialist for 'Vnutri Spokoino' project, remote, flexible schedule, 80,000–100,000 RUB. Responsibilities: manage Telegram and Instagram, develop SMM strategy, content plan, create Reels, analyze trends, coordinate with team.

Manage Telegram and Instagram channels of the project: ensure regular content output and platform growth. Form SMM strategy and content plan. Come up with rubrics, topics, mechanics, and new formats. Generate ideas for Reels and other vertical content. Analyze trends, competitors, and market. Work with social media analytics and adjust content based on it. Track reach dynamics and understand which actions drive growth. Set clear briefs for editor, designer, and video editor. Control content production and release. Interact with YouTube team: participate in uploading, preparing announcements and teasers for podcast episodes, without managing the direction.

Understanding how to increase reach, attract new audience, and build brand awareness through content. Confident work with Telegram and Instagram. Experience with Reels / Shorts / other vertical content and proven results. Ability to not just create a content plan but link it to business goals and reach growth. Regular analysis of metrics, trends, and competitors. Ability to organize content production and work with editor, designer, and video editor. Willingness to work hands-on – not only manage the process but also personally engage in content creation: generate ideas and write texts. Portfolio with real examples of work and explanation of your contribution to projects. Experience in 'soft' niches will be a big plus.

Salary: 80,000–100,000 RUB. Remote work format. Flexible schedule (full-time from 10:00 to 18:00, sometimes help needed on weekends).
