You have a good eye: understand which formats work in Reels and carousels, follow trends. You can clearly formulate thoughts in briefs, comments to contractors, and reports. Nice to have: experience in setting tasks for contractors or freelancers, portfolio with vertical videos and/or carousels, experience in tourism or development.
