SMM Producer for Sorting Station Project

Moscow Media holding seeks an SMM Producer for the Sorting Station project (ecology, strategy, analytics). Full-cycle social media and video platform management, content strategy, team coordination, and analytics.

Develop and implement comprehensive SMM strategy for the project, set KPIs, and plan budget. Form content plans and manage editorial pool. Proofread and edit texts, work with catchy headlines, and create high-quality ecological content. Manage full-cycle social media and video platforms (VK, Telegram, YouTube, Rutube, VK Video, Zen, etc.): from idea and script to distribution and analysis. Assign tasks to designers, videographers, and targetologists (in-house and external), control quality. Conduct weekly and monthly analytics based on data, defend decisions with numbers, and promptly adjust strategy.

Experience in comprehensive management of social media and video platforms (VK, Telegram, YouTube, Odnoklassniki, etc.) from 3 years. Genuine interest in ecology, sustainable development, and conscious consumption. Absolute literacy and strong editing skills (ability to transform complex and dry news into viral materials). Confident work with analytics of social media and video hosting. System thinking: ability to see the product as a whole and defend hypotheses with metrics.
