We are a growing women's clothing brand (premium blazers, suits, casual line). Our product features perfect tailoring and high value. We are currently scaling and looking for someone to take charge of traffic and conversions from social media. We don't just need someone to 'post content'. We need an SMM marketer who thinks in funnels, enjoys selling, and understands that likes don't pay the bills. What you will do: ️ Manage Instagram and VK: Publish ready-made beautiful Reels/Clips, post Stories (3-5 per day: a mix of aesthetics and sales). ️ Write sales copy: Create appealing descriptions following copywriting principles (with a call to action), not just 'composition and price'. ️ Influence marketing: Find suitable micro-bloggers/creators (from 3 per month), negotiate collaborations, and organize the shipment of our aesthetic PR boxes. ️ Close sales in Direct Messages (Most Important): Communicate with warm leads, assist with size selection, and guide the conversation to a purchase (scripts will be provided). ️ Analytics: Compile metrics weekly (what worked, what brought subscriptions and sales, what needs adjustment).

Who we envision for this role: ️ You have impeccable taste and awareness in the fashion industry. ️ You are not afraid to sell in correspondence and know how to ask clarifying questions to the client. ️ You understand the difference between 'aesthetic' content and 'sales' content.
