SMM Marketer vacancy at ЦVЕТИ (beauty salons and flower studios). Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, managing social media, content creation, and ad campaigns. Salary 80,000 – 120,000 RUB.

Responsibilities: * Development and implementation of the brand's marketing strategy (salons + flowers). * Management of social networks, Telegram, website — unified tone of voice. * Content plan: photos, videos, Reels, texts, promotions, collaborations, including for the website. * Preparation and control of advertising campaigns (targeting, bloggers, collaborations). * Analytics: growth, engagement, leads, conversion, cost per lead. * Creation and implementation of marketing activities: gift certificates, loyalty programs, cross-promo, PR. * Creation of creative concepts for shoots, selection of models, looks, locations, and execution of shoots. * Market and competitor research for continuous improvement of the SMM strategy.

Requirements: You are a good fit if you: * Have already managed premium brands (beauty, flowers, fashion, lifestyle). * Can beautifully shoot photos and edit videos/Reels. * Can combine creativity and a systematic approach: content + numbers. * Understand how to work with an audience aged 27–55: intelligent, aesthetic, modern. * Have a feel for the visual, words, and mood of the brand. * Can take responsibility for the result, not just for "posts".

Conditions: * Office/workshop work near Kievskaya metro station (3 minutes walk). * Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00. * Payment twice a month. * Income is discussed individually (fixed from 80,000 RUB + KPI based on results).
