SMM / Marketing Manager (PC STEAM GAME)
RSK TEAM is looking for an SMM / Marketing Manager to work with organic content on TikTok, Shorts, and Reels. Salary based on interview results. Remote work.
We are primarily looking for a strong SMM Specialist – someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, understands how organic reach works, and knows how to create content that actually gets views. Marketing experience will be a plus, but it's not the main focus. First and foremost, we need an SMM specialist.
Languages: Russian or English is mandatory; knowledge of both languages will be a plus. Who we are looking for: - Gaming cultural background: you play games, follow the news, and understand what the gaming community is all about. If you are truly strong in SMM but not yet deeply immersed in gaming – we can teach you, still send your resume - Experience with organic content: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels - Understanding of platform algorithms and why one video gets a million views and another doesn't - Ability to work in Premiere Pro or CapCut: editing, pacing, delivery - Data-driven approach: come with case studies – numbers, growth, reach, conversions - Experience shooting offline content - Understanding of content planning, content strategy, and analytics: ability to plan releases, content categories, and formats - English language – B2 Will be a plus: - Experience with Photoshop and Figma - Experience with Unity and Blender - Experience with paid ads / targeting and any advertising platforms - Understanding of PR and other areas of digital marketing - Understanding of the algorithms and specifics of publishing indie games: primarily Steam, then Xbox and PlayStation
