SMM / Marketing Manager for PC STEAM GAME. Salary based on interview results. Remote work. Suitable for Junior, Middle, Senior, Lead levels. Full-time, Part-time, or Project-based.

We are primarily looking for a strong SMM Specialist – someone who lives and breathes TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, understands organic reach, and can create content that gets views. Marketing experience will be a plus, but it's not the main focus. Primarily, we need an SMM specialist. Languages: Russian or English is mandatory; knowledge of both will be a plus. Who we are looking for: - Gaming cultural background: you play games, follow news, and understand the gaming community. If you are strong in SMM but not yet deeply involved in games – we can teach you, still send your resume - Experience with organic content: TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels - Understanding of platform algorithms and why one video gets a million views and another doesn't - Ability to work in Premiere Pro or CapCut: editing, pacing, delivery - Data-driven approach: come with case studies – numbers, growth, reach, conversions - Experience shooting offline content - Understanding of content planning, content strategy, and analytics: ability to plan releases, content categories, and formats - English language – B2
