SMM Manager

SMM Manager for a charitable foundation helping homeless animals in Penza. Salary from 65,000 RUB. Hybrid work. Responsibilities include content planning, writing posts, community management, and analytics.

Forming a content plan for all platforms and monitoring its execution; Writing texts for posts; Creating briefs and selecting visuals for posts; reviewing and approving videos, photos, images; Working with the community: responding to comments and direct messages, sending newsletters on behalf of the VK group, moderating comments; Tracking trends and successful practices of other NGOs and commercial accounts; Launching collaborations with other NGOs and commercial accounts; Preparing regular social media analytics (service provided) and adjusting the content plan based on results.

Competent speech and ability to write lively, engaging texts; Experience managing social networks, work or volunteering in NGOs is a plus; Basic proficiency in photo/video processing and image creation programs (there is a separate specialist for shooting and editing and a designer for the main volume of visuals); Openness to new ideas and formats; Participation in new foundation projects; Willingness to complete a test task (write a post and select a visual for it).

Salary: from 65,000 rubles (final level discussed at the interview).
