Online school for children's posture training seeks SMM Manager to manage VK content, improve engagement and sales. Remote, salary 149,984–200,000 RUB plus KPI bonuses.

We are an online school for children's posture training. Over 1 million Instagram followers and 300,000+ on VKontakte. Our programs help parents improve children's health through movement and healthy habits. We work with a large warm audience and a strong content base accumulated over 6 years. Responsibilities: - Work with a large base of ready content - Adapt and enhance posts for VKontakte format - Rewrite texts to engage and sell - Analyze post and funnel statistics - Find content formats that drive revenue growth - Analyze competitors - Use AI tools for content work - Participate in building content funnels

Experience managing VKontakte and/or Telegram from 1 year Understanding platform mechanics (algorithms, formats, funnels) Experience with sales-oriented content Ability to work with analytics and draw conclusions Confident use of AI Important: we are looking not just for a content manager, but someone who can influence revenue through content. Experience specifically with sales is important, not just account management.
