SMM manager and personal brand producer for business, marketplaces (Wildberries/Ozon), entrepreneurship, e-commerce. Fixed salary 70,000 RUB + KPI. Remote.

We are looking for a content producer to develop a personal blog with experience and cases in the business niche. Need someone who can create viral content. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a personal brand promotion strategy. - Create a content funnel: from attracting cold audiences to building trust and converting to subscriptions. - Search for viral formats, unconventional ideas, and creative mechanics. - Write strong, trigger-based scripts for Reels with catchy hooks. - Prepare production briefs: recommendations on presentation, angles, visuals, and video structure. - Edit Reels, design, and publish content. - Analyze content performance: reach, retention, engagement, subscription conversion. - Test hypotheses, scale successful formats, and regularly optimize strategy. - Engage in commenting and manage threads.

Confirmed experience in promoting personal brands and expert blogs. Must have cases with specific numbers. Ability to write viral scripts, not just adapt others' ideas. Experience in Wildberries/Ozon niche and knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
