Norin Agency is a marketing agency working across various niches, from tourism and real estate to beauty, IT, and digital products. Responsibilities: • Develop content strategies. • Generate ideas and unique formats for business tasks. • Implement strategy: write posts and storytelling, create omnichannel content. • Monitor social media trends and adapt them to the niche. • Edit vertical videos. • Lead project work, assign tasks to designers, and be responsible for results. • Work with analytics and prepare weekly and monthly project reports.

• SMM experience of at least 2 years. • Mandatory cases and portfolio. • Experience in other agencies of at least 1 year will be a PLUS. • Experience editing Reels. • Skills with AI: ChatGPT, Claude, etc. • Understanding principles and algorithms of different social networks. • High level of content awareness. • Initiative and developed soft skills. • Responsibility and ability to be accountable for results. • Desire to grow within the agency team and work long-term. Important: we are looking not for a copywriter or scriptwriter, but for an SMM manager who can create turnkey content, including short video editing.
