SMM Manager

SMM Manager for a brand in Moscow, managing Instagram and Telegram accounts, developing content strategy, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with the art director. Salary: 100,000-150,000 RUB per month.

Responsibilities: - Develop strategy for three brand accounts (Instagram and Telegram) to boost engagement and sales - Analyze social media and statistics, draw conclusions, and adjust strategy - Develop content rubrics and content planning - Write texts for posts and stories - Interact with audience via comments and direct messages - Assign and organize shoots - Work in tandem with art director

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in brand social media management - Must have successful cases with metrics (growth in reach, engagement, sales) - Strong analytical skills: able to read statistics and draw conclusions - Competent, lively writing - Good taste and sense of brand aesthetics - Experience in fashion/art/floristry is a plus

Conditions: - Probation period 1 month: 100,000 RUB - After probation: salary 120,000 RUB + variable part up to 30,000 RUB based on KPIs - Work with art director, strong visual team - Author brand with recognizable style
