SMM Manager / Content Maker at ROYAL WEDDING, a leading international luxury wedding agency in St. Petersburg. Remote freelance with paid on-site shootings. Salary: 50,000–100,000 RUB/month.

OOO "ROYAL WEDDING" is a top international luxury wedding agency and industry leader for 19 years, with offices in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Dubai, and London. It works in the premium segment and creates large-scale events featuring stars and famous performers. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement an SMM strategy and content plan aligned with the communication and marketing strategy for one of the brand's offices. - Create visual content for the feed, write texts, and design publications: posts, carousels, Reels. - Manage Stories daily. - Track trends and quickly adapt them to the brand and niche. - Shoot content at weddings in St. Petersburg, edit it online, coordinate, and publish to Stories. - Prepare briefs for wedding shoots; often film the team, stars, decor, and event program. - Monitor brides' inquiries on Instagram and respond on behalf of the brand, building contact and a warm connection. - Organically grow the audience through Reels that get recommended, through joint Reels with brides, partners, stars, and contractors. - Think through formats, shoot and edit short videos, and participate in filming the organizing team in the office. - Propose ideas for collaborations with other brands and turn collaborations into joint content. - Regularly analyze content and growth hypotheses: formats, sections, CTAs, engagement mechanics. - Attend weekly sprints with the team.

Candidate requirements: - Cases of managing and promoting Instagram (please send portfolio). - Deep understanding of strategies, promotion algorithms, operating principles, and tools for growing Instagram. - Ability to feel and reproduce a premium tone in texts (please send your texts). - Ability to write engaging storytelling for Stories so the audience stays with the brand after their wedding. - Strong orientation in the media landscape (especially premium brands) and trends, monitoring event industry news and premium brand collaborations. - We are looking for a strong team player, so experience and a formed vision for Instagram development are important.
