SMM Manager / Content Creator for Health Products Brand

UPSOLUT is a Skolkovo resident company with its own line of functional products, an expert community and educational projects. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement UPSOLUT social media promotion strategy - Attract new clients, ambassadors and health experts through engaging content - Develop a content plan aligned with the company's marketing goals - Grow brand communities: maintain dialogue, launch discussions, polls, activities and other engagement mechanics - Generate ideas and scripts for Reels, Shorts and other short videos - Organize shoots of products, experts, interviews and events - Adapt content for Telegram, VK, Max communities and other video platforms - Track trends and quickly implement suitable formats

Important: - Experience promoting health brands, communities, products or expert projects - Understanding of how to attract clients and audiences from social media - Ability to create content that drives applications and sales, not only views - Skills in creating short vertical videos - Ability to write clear, lively and selling texts - Visual style sense and understanding of modern formats - Independence, systematicity and responsibility for results - Portfolio and specific cases with measurable results Will be a plus: experience in health, medicine, beauty, education or promoting personal brands of experts.

Format: Moscow; remote/hybrid; full-time. Pay level is determined after the interview and depends on experience.
