SMM Manager / Business Assistant for a Russian women's clothing brand. Remote, salary 30,000 RUB + KPI. Responsibilities include content creation, social media management, and assisting the founder.

70% SMM and social media development, 30% business assistant tasks for the founder. Responsibilities SMM and content: - Development and implementation of content plan. - Managing Instagram: publishing Reels, posts, and stories. - Adapting and duplicating content to Telegram and YouTube (including YouTube Shorts). - Generating creative ideas and scenarios for content. - Writing texts and catchy headlines. - Coordinating the work of the creator. - Controlling visual design of accounts. - Searching for current trends and adapting them to the brand. - Working on increasing reach, attracting target audience, and traffic to the website. - Analyzing statistics and content effectiveness. - Finding bloggers and organizing collaborations. Business assistant: - Executing organizational tasks for the brand founder. - Searching and systematizing information. - Preparing presentations, selections, and moodboards. - Helping to organize work processes. - Monitoring completion of individual tasks and deadlines. - Helping with content for founder's personal blog.

Experience in SMM (experience in fashion segment will be an advantage). Good visual taste, awareness, and understanding of fashion brand aesthetics. Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, Telegram and YouTube features, current trends and promotion formats. Skills in working with Canva, CapCut, AI, and other content creation tools. Competent written language, ability to create interesting and selling texts. Independence, initiative, and creative thinking. Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail. Ability to work in multitasking mode and prioritize. Readiness for content approval, constructive feedback, and edits.
