SMM + Influence Manager

SMM + Influence Manager for Pumpumi, an online store of Korean cosmetics. Full-time, office in Moscow, salary from 130k RUB.

We are launching a project and looking for a specialist to build the brand's presence in social media from scratch. Responsibilities: develop and implement SMM strategy; manage brand social networks: Instagram, VK, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Dzen, Threads, Pinterest, OK; create and publish posts, Reels, Stories, reviews, selections, and special projects; find bloggers, negotiate, and launch integrations; organize product shipments and control publication outputs; launch PR activities, seeding, expert comments, events, and collaborations; analyze content, bloggers, and PR placements effectiveness.

Experience from 3 years in e-commerce, beauty, or K-beauty; ability to independently build processes from scratch; can show implemented projects and results.

Full-time employment, staff position; office in Moscow, metro Kashirskaya, from November 2026 office 5 minutes from metro Kolomenskaya; Labor Code of the Russian Federation from the first day; income from 130k.
