Lead / Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager

Admirals seeks a remote Lead/Senior Influencer & Partnerships Manager to build and scale creator partnerships, reporting to CMO. Competitive fixed salary.

Responsibilities: - Launch a performance creator program in 3–5 priority markets within 90 days and grow it to 30+ active partners in a year - Own strategy, budget, and P&L of the channel, reallocating spend monthly based on results - Find and manage creators on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, Discord, Twitch/Kick - Build partnerships with trading experts, media, communities, fintech apps, and prop firms - Negotiate fee, CPA, hybrid, and rev-share deals; design payout models for quality clients - Set up analytics with BI: FTD, CPA, LTV, payback, tracking via links, promo codes, and postbacks - Ensure content compliance with CySEC, FCA, and local regulations

Requirements: - 3+ years in influencer/creator partnerships/KOL/affiliate management - 2+ years in trading, fintech, crypto, or iGaming - Experience launching or scaling a program with proven results (budget, FTD, CPA, ROI) - Strong negotiation skills, experience with performance and long-term deals - Experience with CellXpert, MyAffiliates, Scaleo, or Impact; also Modash or HypeAuditor - Understanding of advertising rules for high-risk financial products - English B2+ Nice to have: own network of finfluencers or agencies, experience with IB programs and prop-trading, SQL/Looker/Tableau, personal trading experience.
