SMM Editor

SMM editor for Big Cartoon Festival. Responsibilities include media planning, writing/publishing Telegram content, simple graphics and short videos, organizing shoots, covering events, and working with PR and SMM teams. Office-based, fee negotiable.

Tasks: - Create a media plan, topics, and rubrics. - Write and publish content for Telegram and other platforms. - Prepare cards, simple graphics, and edit short videos. - Organize shoots and work with photographers and videographers. - Capture prompt content at events. - Work with the PR department, program team, and Soyuzmultfilm SMM team. - Monitor analytics and respond quickly to news hooks.

- Experience running social media for cultural or festival projects, preferably 1+ years. - Competent texts and ability to adapt tone of voice to different platforms. - Basic proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing. - Understanding of reach, engagement, and analytics mechanics. - Readiness for intensive work during festival days.

- Primarily office work. - Presence at key festival events. - Fee discussed based on interview results.
