We are looking for an SMM creator for a VPN service team for permanent work. Main focus: TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You need to stay in the context of social media, understand memes, trends, and modern internet culture, and turn ideas into short videos that people want to watch to the end. You will handle the full content cycle: find an idea → write a script → pass it to production → publish → analyze results → use conclusions in future videos. Responsibilities: • Search for trends, memes, formats, and references. • Analyze viral videos of competitors, apps, and other brands. • Come up with ideas and scripts for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. • Come up with strong hooks for the first 1–3 seconds. • Adapt trends and working mechanics to our product. • Find ways to advertise the product without feeling like regular advertising. • Work with current news and internet culture. • Maintain a content plan and work with an editor / motion designer. • Publish and design content on social media. • Monitor views, retention, transitions, and other metrics. • Based on results, understand which formats to develop and scale. Script format: HOOK → development → problem/product → payoff → CTA. Main thing is a strong idea, good hook, and attention retention.

• Constantly use TikTok / Reels / Shorts and understand what works there now. • Understand the mechanics of short vertical videos, memes, and internet language. • Can write concisely and clearly. • Can come up with many different ideas around one product. • Can distinguish potentially viral content from ordinary corporate advertising. • Independently search for ideas and references. • Understand basic social media analytics and can draw conclusions from results. • Write competently in Russian. Experience as a creator, scriptwriter, SMM manager, or with app advertising will be a plus. Experience with VPN or IT products is not required.
