SMM / Content Manager

Flexy Way is looking for an SMM / Content Manager in Moscow for part-time work, salary 30,000–45,000 RUB. Manage Stories, content plan, posts, Reels covers, cross-posting to VK, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and analytics.

Flexy Way is a fitness and dance studio in central Moscow. We need an SMM / content manager who feels visuals, can tell interesting stories about the product, understands the audience, and can independently decide what and why to publish. Responsibilities: — Maintain Stories 6 days a week (from 5 stories per day); — Independently create a content plan and propose new rubrics, storytelling, and engaging mechanics; — Prepare and publish 5 posts per month; — Maintain the account's visual concept and create covers for Reels / highlights; — Work with studio tags, reactions, comments, and collaborations with bloggers; — Adapt and cross-post content to VK, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; — Review analytics of your content area and understand what works and what needs changing; — Prepare a clear brief for the lead SMM specialist in advance for photos/videos needed for future content.

We are looking for a person with good visual taste and sense of style; strong Stories and literate, lively writing; self-sufficient so we don't have to write every day what exactly needs to be posted today; responsible with deadlines and communication; experience in fitness / dance / beauty / fashion / lifestyle.

Part-time (partial employment). Salary: 30,000–45,000 RUB net. Final pay level determined by experience, portfolio, and test results. Main work is remote, but it is important to be in Moscow and be able to periodically come to the studio at m. Sukharevskaya.
