SMM Assistant

Seeking SMM assistant for managing VK and Telegram for a private massage therapist. Fixed 10,000 RUB/month plus bonuses. Remote.

Manage social media and primary audience communication. No complex reports or cold sales. Tasks: • 1–2 posts and 1–2 stories per week (text + provided photos/videos) • 1 weekly newsletter to existing base (you prepare text, I approve) • Respond in direct messages and comments: greet politely, identify interest, and pass client contact to me Important: You do NOT consult on prices and do NOT schedule appointments.

• Responsible person • Experience in SMM (texts or group management examples) • Ability to write posts and stories • Communicate politely with audience • No need to search for stock images (photos/videos provided)

Payment: • Fixed: 10,000 RUB/month (for timely content and responses) • Bonuses from 2nd month: – +50 RUB per qualified lead (real person who replied to my message) – +300 RUB per new client from social media – +5% from subscription sale (5 sessions = 675 RUB, 10 sessions = 1200 RUB) Tools for leads: referral program, hashtags, local chats, mutual PR. Remote work.
