System Analyst for International Branches at T1. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, analyzing system interactions, and collaborating with international vendors and development teams. Requires 3+ years of experience, technical/financial/economic education, and conversational English.

Responsibilities: - Gathering and analyzing business requirements for process and system changes. - Analyzing and developing interface models for system interaction. - Interacting with Russian and international IT product and service providers. - Interacting with internal and external development teams. - Formalizing technical requirements and architectural documents, artifacts for development and modification of information systems. - Participating in system design, developing communication protocols. - Ensuring the process of requirement согласования. - Organizing communication between geographically distributed participants. - Involvement in test scenario preparation, organization, and testing. Participation in acceptance of developed functionality. - Monitoring task execution and deadlines. - Participating in processing requests from internal and external audits. - Participating in post-project support tasks for IT systems of foreign branches.

Requirements: - Higher education - technical, financial, economic. - 3+ years of experience as a system or business analyst, preferably 1+ year in the financial sector. - Knowledge of banking business for corporate clients, understanding of payment systems, online banking, conversion operations. - Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, clear and reasoned argumentation. - Ability to formalize and structure information, present it for discussion. - Skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and formalization of technical requirements and architectural documents, artifacts for development and modification of information systems. - Understanding of information system interaction principles and their integration. - Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, and Confluence. - Understanding of client stack (JS, HTML5, CSS3) and server stack (Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, DBMS). - Understanding of integration solutions - IBM Websphere Message Broker, Kafka, Apache Artemis, using MQ, SOAP/JMS, SOAP/HTTP. - Understanding of web services and integration API design (WSDL, XSD, XML and XSLT transformations, JSON, REST). - Understanding of conceptual and physical application and database modeling. - Mandatory conversational English at Intermediate level or higher. Part of the interview will be in English. - Result-oriented.
