Service Engineer L1

International product IT company in Belgrade, Serbia seeks Service Engineer L1 for first-line technical support, infrastructure monitoring, and incident diagnostics. Office format with relocation assistance, 4/4 schedule, 12-hour shifts.

We are an international product IT company developing and supporting high-load projects for large companies, mainly B2B solutions in entertainment, gaming, and sports. We are expanding our infrastructure in Serbia. Responsibilities: - Work on the first line of technical support - Monitoring, analysis, and coordination of incoming user requests - Receiving incoming tickets and initial interaction with developers/DevOps - Interaction with related departments - Work with the JIRA ticketing system - Development of monitoring and support tools - Handling Zabbix triggers - Technical support for internal users on a wide range of IT issues - Performing initial problem diagnostics - Participation in incident and emergency analysis and resolution - Performing interesting technical tasks for professional development

Experience in IT from 2 years Experience with Graylog or analogues, Grafana/Kibana Knowledge of Linux and confident command-line work Confident knowledge and practical experience with Zabbix Knowledge of TCP/UDP protocols Knowledge of virtualization systems Experience with IPMI/iDRAC Nice to have: - Higher, incomplete higher, or secondary education in information technology - Knowledge of MySQL, DNS, Nginx, Proxmox, iptables, Ceph, Exim, VoIP, Grafana - Linux system administration at an advanced user level - Ability to read and analyze system logs - Basic knowledge of Ansible - Knowledge of Winback and ability to work with IIS - Composure, good communication skills, and stress resistance
