Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer for oil and gas equipment at Sakhalin Energy. 5+ years experience, RCA knowledge, relocation package.

Manage reliability processes for process equipment and implement advanced reliability practices; conduct technical investigations of unplanned downtime; respond to reliability threats through root cause investigations, documenting results, and communicating preventive actions; conduct medium and high importance investigations using structured methods (Apollo, cause-and-effect analysis, targeted achievement of results, etc.); implement reliability threat management process; develop reporting on key reliability KPIs; train personnel on advanced reliability practices and equipment failure investigation methods; long-term forecasting of production facility reliability indicators; maintain reliability and availability model; optimize maintenance standards and strategies.

Higher professional education in design, operation or maintenance of equipment at oil and gas facilities; additional professional training in equipment reliability assurance; at least 5 years of work experience in specialty, including at least 5 years in reliability assurance within oil and gas projects; knowledge of RCA techniques (Apollo RCA).
