Ruby Labs is a tech company with a portfolio of consumer products in health, education, and entertainment (100M+ annual users). We’re looking for a hands-on UA Manager to fully own campaign execution with complete autonomy and direct accountability for results. Key responsibilities: - End-to-end UA: from hypothesis to scaled campaigns - Manage $500K+ monthly budget - Own KPIs: CPA, ROI, volume, spend efficiency - Creative testing and iteration with Creative Managers - Build transparent processes and reporting
Personal experience managing $750K+/month ad budgets (not team total) Deep expertise in Meta Ads—you’ll own it as the primary channel Strong Google Ads skills (UAC, Search) Daily hands-on work inside ad accounts: launching, optimizing, scaling Analytical mindset; close collaboration with Analytics (funnel, attribution, cohorts) Focus on ROI and efficiency—not just spend growth Fluent Russian and clear, results-oriented communication
