Senior User Acquisition Manager

Senior User Acquisition Manager needed for full-scale paid traffic management at growth agency humans2.ai. Remote, part-time.

Manage and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads/Google/TikTok. Develop acquisition strategies and manage advertising budgets. Test new creatives, funnels, audiences, and campaign structures. Collaborate with the creative team to find and scale winning concepts. Analyze performance metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, payback, and identify growth opportunities.

3+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads/Google/TikTok and scaling advertising campaigns. Experience with mobile apps, subscription products, or DTC. Experience managing advertising budgets from $500K per month. Deep understanding of unit economics, analytics, and attribution. Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for results. Confident use of AI tools in daily work. English B2+.
