Nexpanse is an independent remote team building subscription products for the mass market in Health and Utilities categories. Seeking a Senior UA Manager who acquires users profitably. Responsibilities: - Launch and scale campaigns in Meta and Google for web-to-web funnels - Make decisions on scaling and stopping based on ROAS, CPA, payback, and LTV by cohorts - Test creative-funnel combinations with the creative team - Build your own AI tools and automations: rules, scripts, dashboards, agents - Reconcile ad account data with payment data

From 3 years in paid UA, at least 1 year with personal responsibility for profitability Personal budget from $20K/month, ideally from $50K Web-to-web funnels (quiz → paywall → web payment), web2app also considered Hands-on Meta Ads in the last 3-6 months LTV, cohorts, and payback as the basis of your decisions Your own AI tools or automations, not just ChatGPT for texts B2C subscriptions (Health, Utilities, or similar) in the last 2 years Russian language Likely not a fit if: worked only with RU market, without US/EU
