Senior Traffic Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist for a remote, full-time position. Focus on launching and scaling ad campaigns, testing games and hypotheses, and optimizing channels for stable GMV. Salary: base + bonuses.

We are looking for a performance marketer for a hands-on role, focused on launching and scaling advertising accounts from scratch, testing new games and hypotheses, and bringing channels to stable, scalable GMV. Responsibilities: - Media planning and budget control - Launching and scaling - Creative strategy and performance analysis - Hypothesis testing and analytics

Required experience: - Over 4 years of experience in performance marketing. - Proficient in ad platforms: Google Ads (+Google Ads Editor), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads. - Understanding of Performance Max, Search, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. - Experience managing international campaigns (US, EU, LATAM) and working with large budgets. - Experience with analytics: Google Analytics 4, Yandex Metrica, Metabase, Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets at a good level (pivot tables, formulas).
