Performance Marketing Manager at VLAEKAN Distribution in Almaty. Focuses on traffic growth, ad campaigns (Meta Ads), and sales funnels for dermatology and aesthetic medicine products. Requires portfolio and experience in performance marketing and funnels.

We are VLAEKAN Distribution, working with international brands in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Our goal is to build systemic solutions for doctors, clinics, and the professional market. We are currently establishing a comprehensive system for specialist acquisition and conversion (Meta Ads → funnels → AI assistant → sales department). We are looking for a Performance & Growth Manager to drive quality traffic growth and contribute strategically, beyond just ad setup.

• Portfolio required. We only consider applications with proven experience and relevant case studies, preferably in the specified field. • Experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads). • Ability to write texts and formulate advertising messages. • Experience with funnels, not just traffic. • Analytical thinking (understanding where and why conversion 'dies'). • Experience in B2B / medicine / training / complex products is a plus. Important: This is not a position for 'setting up ads' and 'pressing buttons'. We need someone who: • Can think through the product and audience. • Understands the behavior of a doctor / cosmetologist. • Forms hypotheses and tests them. • Works with the entire funnel.
