Senior / Tech Lead QA needed for a fully remote crypto fintech product. Focus on technical ownership of QA, mobile testing (iOS/Android), API testing, and automation. Requires 7+ years in QA, fintech/crypto background, and strong English/Russian language skills.

We build a non-custodial crypto wallet (iOS/Android), a crypto card, and investing products. Quality is non-negotiable, our users trust us with their assets. You’ll join a lean product team and take technical ownership of QA: no people management overhead, no 1:1s or performance reviews. Real influence instead: on standards, processes, and how quality is built across the product. You’ll work hand in hand with developers to make automated coverage actually effective.

7+ years in QA 3+ years on mobile products (iOS/Android) Fintech or crypto background Blockchain mechanics in practice: wallets, swaps, bridges, ERC-20/BEP-20, seed phrases Strong manual testing across mobile + API (Postman, Charles or similar) Collaborative automation: write test cases, validate dev coverage, use the suite daily QA metrics & reporting: defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT - for the team and stakeholders Monitoring as a habit: Sentry, Firebase, Grafana Mentoring experience: 1-2 engineers, 6+ months English & Russian languages
