Senior / Tech Lead

T-ONE, a UAE tech company in Wealth Management, Digital Assets, and AI, seeks a Senior/Tech Lead for a hybrid role in Nicosia, Cyprus, to lead development of a digital asset management platform.

T-ONE is developing a platform for digital asset management and a mobile app, including a crypto wallet, balance and transaction management, and integrations with external services, exchanges, custodians, and blockchain infrastructure. Responsibilities include designing architecture, making technical decisions, writing code, developing the mobile part with React Native/JavaScript, working with backend, API, and external integrations, coordinating the development team, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and forming the technical backlog.

Must-have: 3-5+ years of commercial development; Senior-level; strong React Native + JavaScript; experience with mobile app development and integrations; understanding of backend/API; independence and strong communication skills. Nice to have: Fintech/Crypto/Blockchain/Digital Assets and Tech Lead experience. Important: not a classic Engineering Manager; need a hands-on Senior Developer → Tech Lead who continues to write code and is responsible for architecture, team, and technical development.
