Tech Lead Backend (Go)

Tech Lead Backend (Go) for iGaming/Sports Betting B2B platform in Limassol, Cyprus. Relocation provided.

We are developing a B2B platform in iGaming and sports betting and are looking for an experienced Tech Lead Backend (Go) to influence the architecture and development of the platform. Responsibilities: - Develop backend services in Go and platform architecture. - Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of the system. - Optimize development and code delivery processes. - Develop DWH and engineering practices.

· Confident experience in Go development. · Experience with high-load systems. · Understanding of infrastructure, observability, authN/authZ. · Systems thinking and readiness to make technical decisions and lead a team.
