Lead and scale multi-cloud infrastructure (mainly GCP) and core Kubernetes applications. Drive architectural improvements for high availability, scalability, and performance. Build CI/CD pipelines and automate workflows to optimize team operations. Own technical projects from inception to delivery, researching modern tools. Participate in L2 On-Call rotation and conduct root-cause analysis for incidents. Maintain technical documentation and best practices.

Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes and managing production clusters. Strong background in GCP and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Proven track record with Prometheus monitoring and application debugging. Deep knowledge of GitLab for CI/CD and repository management. Solid Linux fundamentals with proficiency in Python or Bash. Functional English proficiency for effective global collaboration. Nice to have: Experience with GitOps, Envoy, and large-scale time-series data with VictoriaMetrics. Software development experience in languages like Go or Python.
