Senior SMM Specialist

Senior SMM Specialist for Robert Oksuzyan's personal brand in psychology, self-development and esotericism. Remote, full-time, 5/2. Salary up to 100,000 RUB/month. Responsibilities include Instagram content strategy, creation, audience engagement and analytics.

Project: Personal brand of Robert Oksuzyan, expert, entrepreneur and author of educational products in psychology, self-development and esotericism. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage Instagram content plan; - Create ideas, formats and scenarios for content for personal brand and products; - Create and publish 5–7 Stories daily, including independent shooting and editing of simple videos; - Create content for engagement, warming up, promotion and sales; - Participate in launches of educational products; - Collaborate with editor, designer, producer and other specialists; - Communicate in Direct and comments; - Answer non-expert questions from potential clients; - Moderate comments; - Monitor bot work in Direct and forward technical issues to specialist; - Analyze Instagram statistics and key metrics; - Evaluate content effectiveness and understand reasons for success/failure of formats; - Prepare reports; - Form and test hypotheses to grow reach, engagement, leads and sales. Important: specialist independently proposes ideas and solutions and is responsible not only for content release but also for its results.

We are looking for a person who: - Has experience as an SMM specialist and independently managed an account from content plan to analytics; - Understands SMM as a tool for promotion and sales, not just content creation; - Can work with personal brands and experts; - Understands warming up and funnel principles; - Can write lively, clear and engaging texts; - Can work with statistics and draw concrete conclusions from numbers; - Can analyze why one content worked and another did not; - Quickly immerses in new topics; - Is proactive, responsible and able to organize their own work. Nice to have: - Experience working with experts and personal brands; - Experience in psychology, self-development, esotericism or educational products niches; - Experience managing Instagram with sales of information products; - Ability to independently shoot and edit Reels / Stories; - Experience participating in launches; - Ability to independently invent and test content hypotheses.
