Senior Sales Manager (Open Banking)
Senior Sales Manager role in Fintech for an Open Banking product. Responsibilities include full sales cycle management, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Requires 3+ years of experience in fintech/payments/banking/open banking and proven track record in meeting revenue targets.
The Sales Manager will be fully responsible for selling a new open banking product: managing deals from initial contact to closing, with a strong focus on results and meeting revenue targets. We are looking for a senior specialist with a proactive approach, who knows how to close deals, has experience in open banking (acquiring experience will be a plus), and possesses entrepreneurial thinking, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: • Fully manage the sales cycle: from lead generation and outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing deals with clients in the open banking sector. • Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and strengthen the company's market presence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. • Seek new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for product growth and pipeline expansion. • Closely collaborate with product and leadership teams, share market feedback, and participate in shaping product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
• 3+ years of sales experience in fintech, payments, banking, or open banking. • Proven experience in closing complex deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets. • Good understanding of financial products: open banking, payment processing, acquiring, or similar infrastructure. • Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership. • Strong negotiation, communication, and senior stakeholder management skills.
