Senior React Developer at Source Code LLC. Experience 3-6 years. Responsibilities include architecture design, CI/CD, refactoring, code review, writing tests. Remote work.

What you will do: -Perform technically complex tasks, design application architecture -Apply knowledge in application delivery to the environment (CI/CD) -Not only independently solve tasks, but also initiate refactoring tasks with a reasoned position on why it should be done -Assist the team lead in employee development and hiring, organize training and consultations on controversial issues -Propose solutions for optimizing team workflows -Perform code reviews of colleagues' code, provide constructive criticism based on specific suggestions for improvement -Standardize solutions to minimize errors -Effectively interact with other team members, discuss complex issues with external teams, clarify requirements completeness or agree on important technical solutions with the project architect -Write tests for existing applications -Fix application bugs within your expertise -Continuous learning and skill improvement

What is important for this position: -Proficient in JavaScript, React, Redux, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3/Sass -Understanding of semantic markup principles -Ability to work with bundlers (Webpack/Vite) -Experience with Next.js and understanding when SSR is needed and when it can be avoided -Experience developing applications using ready-made components (UI-kit) -Understanding the specifics of working with technical debt, the "cost" of refactoring -Experience with Docker -Experience working in a cross-functional team Good communication skills Will be a plus: -Higher technical education -Knowledge of Mobx, Jotai, and XState -Experience developing inclusive applications -Experience with styled components -Experience organizing CI/CD application delivery automation
