5+ years of backend development experience with Python Must be located in Warsaw Excellent knowledge of Python 3 with a focus on asynchronous programming and performance Experience with FastAPI and building scalable APIs Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query optimization (EXPLAIN) Experience with task queues: Celery (Redis/RabbitMQ) Migration management using Alembic/Yoyo Understanding of infrastructure and deployment processes: Docker, CI/CD, AWS (ECS/EC2), networking basics Experience with setting up monitoring, logging, and effective production debugging Key qualities: Independence in decision-making, strong architectural thinking, and readiness to take responsibility for service stability at all stages – from coding to deployment and production support.
