Senior Python Developer

Senior Python Developer at an international product company in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time hybrid. Backend development with AI integrations.

Develop and launch backend features with product teams (mobile, web, marketing, analytics). Integrate AI and API providers and automate integrations to avoid manual work. Develop data processing systems: data intake and sending, data and user matching, event and user lifecycle. Improve internal support tools: faster problem diagnosis and user information retrieval. Participate in architectural decisions, enhance reliability and flexibility of backend systems.

5+ years of commercial development, Python as primary language. Proficient with Django and FastAPI, as well as PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis. Experience designing complex reusable architectural solutions. Deep use of AI in work: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, agents, MCP. Not just for test generation. Initiative: propose ideas and drive them to results. Nice to have: Go and understanding of React, Swift, or Kotlin, and how clients work with backend.

Full-time, hybrid work in Limassol, Cyprus. Small backend team with expansion plans next year, clear path to lead role. Services are up-to-date, almost no legacy.
