Senior Product Manager / Product Lead
Senior Product Manager / Product Lead at Donate Open. Full-time remote in CIS. Manage roadmap for Donate Open and corecs.ai, priorities, releases, feedback. 5+ years PM, UX, analytics, AI tools, English, Russian.
Products: Donate Open — a platform for donations and interaction between creators and their audience. The product is already live and has first users. corecs.ai — an independent next-generation recommendation service that finds what users are genuinely interested in reading and watching. The main MVP is already working. Additional area: ratings — donation ratings related to Donate Open and quality ratings within corecs.ai. Team: 2 full-stack AI engineers, a dedicated ratings engineer, an in-house designer, and a CTO. Engineers are independent and use AI-assisted development, so it is important to understand modern AI tools and approaches like vibe coding. Deep knowledge of a specific tech stack is not required. We are looking for a product, not technical, Product Manager. Responsibilities: • Manage the operational roadmap for two products; • Manage priorities, engineer workload, deadlines, and dependencies; • Decompose initiatives into clear tasks and specifications; • Independently make tactical product decisions: flows, UX, dashboards, feature logic, and interfaces; • Work with product analytics and user research where needed; • Collect and structure feedback from Sales and Growth; • Communicate with users directly when necessary; • Control releases and prepare release recaps; • Prepare clear documentation, roadmaps, Gantt charts, and stakeholder reporting; • Present new features and product changes.
• 5+ years in Product Management; • Experience independently owning products; • Experience in startups or small teams is a big plus; • Strong organizational skills; • Good understanding of UX and product development; • Ability to work with analytics and conduct user research; • Understanding of modern AI tools; • High level of English; • Very strong communication in Russian. The latter is especially important: ability to explain complex product concepts to stakeholders clearly, structured, and without unnecessary professional jargon.
• Full-time, remote, CIS. • The team works primarily on Moscow time, but ±2–3 hours from Moscow is acceptable. • Flexible schedule, no formal time tracking. • Formally reports to the CPO, but involves direct and regular communication with the Founder. When the CPO is in San Francisco, interaction with the Founder becomes even more intense.
