Senior Product Manager / Product Lead — iGaming

Senior/Lead Product Manager for a large iGaming product, remote full-time. Responsible for key business metrics, hypothesis testing, and product strategy.

Join a large iGaming product as a strong product manager. Take on one of the key areas: find growth points and turn them into measurable business results. The team already has product expertise; direct manager is Head of Product. Geographies: Africa, CIS, Asia, Europe. What you will do: - Own key metrics: conversion, retention, and monetization. - Analyze data and player behavior: what grows, what drops, and why. - Test hypotheses, launch changes with the team, and scale what works. - Participate in product strategy and brand development.

Senior/Lead level product manager with experience in both Casino and Betting — mandatory. Experience with full responsibility for a product, brand, or large area. Strong analytics, knowledge of iGaming metrics, and successful hypothesis cases. Self-driven: able to find opportunities and deliver business results. Experience managing a large iGaming product or multiple areas is a plus.

Large-scale product, experienced team, lots of data, and freedom in decision-making. Compensation discussed based on experience and scale of previous tasks. Flexible on geography, preference for time zones close to Cyprus.
